Traditionnellement, on la boit en cas de rhume, de maux de t\u00eate et de gorge, ainsi qu'\u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif pendant la saison froide et humide.<\/p>\n<h3>Recette<\/h3>\n<p>1 grande tasse de lait, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre de cure, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en poudre ou de gingembre frais, un peu de poivre noir ou long fra\u00eechement moulu et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel liquide<\/p>\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole et faire chauffer (ne pas porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition) et laisser bouillir pendant 2 \u00e0 5 minutes.
