Pour sauver ces fruits, nous avons d\u00fb leur retirer la pulpe \u00e9clat\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9sultat est une \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raffinessen.ch\/fr\/webseite\/produit\/weisser-kampot-pfeffer-50-g\/\">de poivre blanc de Kampot<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour produire du poivre blanc traditionnel, les grains de poivre arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 sont mis \u00e0 tremper dans l'eau pendant plusieurs jours, puis la pulpe est lav\u00e9e \u00e0 la machine. Si l'eau utilis\u00e9e n'est pas tout \u00e0 fait propre et que le processus de s\u00e9chage ne se d\u00e9roule pas parfaitement, il en r\u00e9sulte les odeurs d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables connues pour le poivre blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Notre poivre blanc de Kampot ne n\u00e9cessite pas d'arrosage prolong\u00e9. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte, les fruits bless\u00e9s sont bri\u00e8vement blanchis, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9s de leur pulpe et imm\u00e9diatement s\u00e9ch\u00e9s au soleil.<br \/>\nSon bouquet caract\u00e9ristique est exempt de notes manquantes de moisi. Son ar\u00f4me est accompagn\u00e9 de notes de citron frais, de macis et de bois de c\u00e8dre.
