une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment le poivre est-il nettoy\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au Cambodge, les grains de poivre de meilleure qualit\u00e9 sont soigneusement tri\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et s\u00e9par\u00e9s des grains de moindre qualit\u00e9 et pourris. Le poivre import\u00e9 est ensuite nettoy\u00e9 dans une installation de traitement sous pression au CO2. Une augmentation et une diminution contr\u00f4l\u00e9es de la pression permettent de tuer les parasites et leurs \u0153ufs, qui sont ensuite \u00e9limin\u00e9s \u00e0 travers un tamis. Cette m\u00e9thode douce ne laisse aucun r\u00e9sidu dans le poivre. Le CO2 est absolument inoffensif du point de vue toxicologique et son utilisation est respectueuse de l'environnement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette mesure prophylactique, nous pouvons exclure toute infestation de parasites.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment le poivre est-il emball\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour que le poivre ne perde pas ses ar\u00f4mes typiques, il doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 au frais, au sec et \u00e0 l'abri de la lumi\u00e8re. Pour un stockage optimal chez vous, notre sachet multicouche est id\u00e9al. Deux couches de plastique diff\u00e9rent et un zip refermable assurent une fermeture herm\u00e9tique.
